It was created in June 2004 to accommodate the VIP yachts of guests during the 2004 Olympic Games. It has been designed to meet the needs of mooring 130 mega and super yachts, up to 130 meters in length.
The facilities include wireless internet, a helipad, parking, cleaning services, technical support, fuel supply, and 24-hour assistance in mooring with tenders. There are no stores in Athens Marina, but you can go for a walk and see the impressive vessels.
